Abstract
A novel cross-conductivity standard based on a new principle developed from the Thompson-Lampard Theorem has been established at National Institute of Metrology. The conductivity range of the standard is approximately from 3%IACS to 100% IACS with an uncertainty of about 0.07%. The unknowns can be calibrated with an uncertainty of (0.1%rdg+0.12% IACS) by using an ac measuring system and this new method
