Abstract :
In this paper, we present an original approach on the size effects in cubic lattices, in systems described by the random field Ising model (RFIM) and by the Edwards Anderson spin glass (EASG), based on first-order reversal curves (FORC) analysis and considering zero-temperature dynamics. Size-dependent variation of hysteresis in the two models, reflected in FORC diagrams are evidenced. A comparison with the bidimensional case is considered
