Abstract
A new way of measuring the potential well, the bubble run-out method, is introduced and compared with the conventional bubble-collapse method. This method distinguishes the potential wells from the bubble run-out magnetic field H2 , as well as the local magnetic field distributions. After run-out occurs, the magnetic field distributions induced by charged walls can be estimated by the length of the stripe domain. This new method can be used to observe magnetic anisotropy induced by strain relaxation along an ion-implanted pattern edge.
