Abstract
The best characteristics for a hybrid bubble memory device were obtained using a six-folded ion-implanted propagation track. The margin of the linear tracks was an excellent 14.9 percent, that of the expanded period section was 13 ~ 18 percent, and the inner corner had a margin of 10 ~ 12 percent. The inner corner had a restricted common margin, and a lowered upper limit. The causes of this are presently under consideration.
