Abstract :
The best propagation characteristics were observed with an asymmetrical chevron pattern in which a strong magnetic charge was located adjacent to ion-implanted cusps. A propagation margin of 6 ~ 9 percent was obtained with a magnetic field (HR) of 60 Oe at 100 kHz. We confirmed the possibility of 16 Mb/cm2 bubble memory devices.
