  • Abstract
    A novel current controlled third order translinear-C quadrature oscillator based on a new second order high input impedance voltage-mode low-pass filter is proposed. The circuit with grounded capacitors enjoys electronically tunable, non-interactive frequency and condition control, generates four quadrature current outputs at high impedance nodes and two quadrature voltage outputs. Design verifications are included using CBIC-R process parameters of AT&T transistors with attractive results.
