Abstract
A novel technique for motion estimation of moving objects is presented. The analysis of the Hartley spectrum indicates that the velocities of moving objects are related to the locations of the spectral peaks. The presented formulations and simulations demonstrate the applicability of this technique. This method is simple, fast, and computationally efficient
