Abstract :
A triode structure of field emission display was prepared by self-assembly of thiol-treated carbon nanotubes on a cathode plate of the device. The self-assembly process was easily carried out by overnight immersion of the triode structure in the thiol-treated carbon nanotube solution. The current-voltage measurement exhibited triode-type field emission characteristics depending on the gate voltage modulation
