Abstract :
Superlattices have been prepared successfully by amorphous materials using dual sputtering system in a wide variety of modulation wavelengths and various combinations. Modulation wavelengths of these films have a significant effect on these structures and the magnetic properties. The thermal stability has been evaluated by measuring the effective interdiffusivity as a function of modulation wavelength and temperature. These amorphous superlattices have been demonstrated to be promising candidates for producing a new class of magnetic materials.
