Abstract :
The authors describe a MOST-only technique for signal normalisation particularly tailored for position-sensitive device (PSD) signal decoding. The circuit is compact, suitable for general-purpose CMOS implementation and offers fast response. The design principles and the SPICE simulation characteristics of the circuit are presented
