  • Abstract
    The magnetostriction of Gdx(Fe100-yCoy)100-x film was measured. It was found that there was no dependence on the bias voltage. On the Gd-rich side, ¿s was almost constant, while on the FeCo-rich side it increased rapidly with reduction in x, reaching ten times the value on the Gd-rich side at X ¿ 11 at.%.
