  • Abstract
    The first demonstration of a CW tunable fibre Raman ring laser operating around 1.4 mu m is reported. This laser was pumped by a 3 W Nd:YAG laser operating at 1.319 mu m and tuned over a 10 nm range with a maximum output power of 40 mW.
