Abstract :
For original paper see Veeravalli, V.V. and Sendonaris, A., ibid., vol.48, p.1443-50 (1999). We make some remarks concerning the coverage-capacity analysis in the above mentioned paper, in particular regarding the approximate statistical characterization of the received powers, and suggest how its accuracy could be increased.
