Abstract :
A modification of the Berlekamp-Massey algorithm (BMA) for linear feedback shift-register (LFSR) synthesis is presented. The algorithm realises a two-sided strategy for processing the digits of a given sequence, starting with an arbitrary index. Finally, some applications are indicated
