Abstract
A new CMOS voltage rectifier circuit based on the current mode technique is presented. The circuit exhibits highly linear characteristics over a wide range of input values. It is extremely simple and compact, and a very effective building block for VLSI analogue IC design. SPICE simulated results are given, in good agreement with theoretical results
