  • Abstract
    Time-to-digital conversion is investigated as a new method to record highly sensitive responses of semiconductor gas sensors. The method is evaluated by exposing metal oxide gas sensors to very low carbon monoxide (CO) concentrations. The noise equivalent detection limit is about 0.5 ppb CO
