The author of the above-named work, which appeared on pages 51-57 of the March, 1961, issue of these Transactions, requested the following addition to his paper: "The research reported was performed at New York University, N.Y., under the sponsorship of the Air Force Command and Control Development Division, Air Research and Development Command, Laurence G. Hanscom Field, Bedford, Mass."
