Abstract :
A pre/post-RAKE can be implemented for time division duplex code division multiple access systems using channel reciprocity. Here, a pre/post-RAKE structure, the combining weights of which are determined by singular value decomposition, is presented. A water-filling algorithm is applied to the proposed structure to achieve optimal capacity
