Hilbert transformed phase-splitting fractionally spaced equaliser

A phase-splitting fractionally spaced equaliser (PS-FSE) with a Hilbert filter is proposed, and the convergence and steady-state behaviours are analysed. The proposed PS-FSE employs one real-valued adaptive filter, which utilises both in-phase and quadrature error signals for weight update.
