Abstract
A spreading multiple dipole model which can describe the spatial distribution of sources is proposed. Using the source model, spatio-temporal patterns of MEGs are simulated. Effects of the spreading multiple dipoles on spatio-temporal magnetic fields are investigated. The authors showed that the topography of the peak latency is able to give important information in estimating the source in the brain
