Abstract :
A method is presented by which magnetic noises due to mechanical vibration of the magnetometer in a large static magnetic field can be canceled adaptively. The vibrational magnetic noise is identified based on the in-situ measurement of vibration, in which orthogonal sets of alternating linear gradient magnetic fields are used for a reference frame of vibration measurement. It is shown by the experiment that the vibrational magnetic noise is well canceled by this method
