Abstract :
The rectifier described is closely related to the class DE inverter. The diodes commence blocking under conditions of zero voltage and zero dv/dt; thus diode capacitance and charge storage do not have a deleterious effect. Theoretical analysis is confirmed by PSpice simulations. The rectifier should find application in megahertz DC-DC converters
