  • Abstract
    The magnetoresistance effect and magnetic properties of Ni-Co-Fe thin films prepared under various deposition conditions were studied. An anisotropic magnetoresistivity ratio of above 5% was obtained. The value of ¿av depends on the substrate temperature and film thickness, but ¿¿ does not. Both ¿av and ¿¿ were measured as functions of temperature; the results showed that the temperature dependence of ¿av is quite similar to that of the MR ratio.
