Abstract :
A versatile system of circuits intended to make up modules for a subnanosecond coincidence - anticoincidence logic and a supervisory nanosecond logic is described. The signal resolution of the discriminators is 5 ns, the time resolution of the modules for many - fold coincidence operation is 0.5 ns. The temperature range for reliable module operation is 15 - 55 °C.
