SIB ALFRED HERBERT (Chairman): This is a very excellent paper and I am sure everyone found it very instructive. On listening to it I am struck with one very important fact. This Institution of Production Engineers is entirely composed of practical people and that paper is written by a practical man on a practical subject, and therefore appeals to us all very strongly.
