  • Abstract
The Computing Research Association (CRA) is an educational non-profit organization headquartered in Washington, DC. Its mission is to promote research and advanced education in computing. It members include computing research-oriented academic departments and government and industrial laboratories in the United States and Canada. Many of the major computing professional societies are affiliates of CRA and support CRA´s activities. CRA supports programs to promote diversity in the computing research community through all four of its mission areas: community building, human resources, information gathering and dissemination, and public policy.
