WOODS (Section President): There are three points I would like to raise : Is there not on the market a high flash cellulose which is suitable for working outside the Home Office regulations? The eight to ten hours you give for drying synthetic cellulose is a long time for some of us, and we cannot always allow that time. With an oven conveyor it is possible to cut that time down two to three hours? Is it not a practical thing to use cellulose for dipping?
