Bruno O. Weinschel Past IEEE President Microwave Pioneer In Memoriam

A brief biography of Bruno O. Weinschel is given highlighting his professional achievements. Weinschel had been a recipient of numerous awards, including the National Medal of Science (1986-1987) under President Ronald Reagan. He was also the chairman of the Committee on US Competitiveness for the IEEE in 1988.
