  • Abstract
    Based on Rowland circle construction, a grating spectrometer integrated with 90 degrees curved output waveguides was designed and fabricated in a GaAs/AlGaAs waveguide structure. By incorporating curved waveguides, a larger separation between output facets was obtained.
