Abstract
A simple circuit of a very fast driver for switching power MOSFETs is proposed and verified experimentally. It is a push-pull inverter composed of a complementary pair of transistors which operate in the common-emitter configuration. The driver is suited for high-frequency operation in the megahertz range and is compatible with digital integrated circuits
