  • Abstract
    In this note, we show that Theorem 2 of the above paper can be viewed as a form of Tsypkin´s method that has been adapted for discrete-time systems. We provide a new derivation of the theorem in a way that is very similar to a standard derivation of Tsypkin´s method.
