Abstract :
The authors present a fuzzy version of the weighted checklist technique, computerized for evaluating or comparing complex systems (or subjects). The ratios of weights obtained by pairwise comparison are converted to a best combination of normalized weights; and then a fuzzy composite score (and its linguistic approximation) is obtained from the linguistic ratings of criteria. The entire logic of the program, written in PC BASIC, is explained in detail
