Abstract
A single-way-pumping scheme for use in wide-bandwidth clocking circuits is proposed to overcome the frequency dependency of the negative-delay values in conventional analogue synchronous mirror delay circuits. The scheme adopts a new dummy-delay compensation technique to achieve an increase in the negative-delay range which becomes especially prominent in high frequency applications.
