Abstract :
Using monochrome-ST technology, a 16-color C-ST LCD (liquid crystal display) module, TLX-8001-C3X, with 640×480 pixels corresponding to the VGA mode has been developed. The TAB (tape automated bonding) IC drivers and CCFLs (cold cathode fluorescent lamps) make the module thin and lightweight. This module has significantly good contrast ratio, response time, and color reproduction for office automation applications
