Abstract :
This paper generates improved stability conditions for a class of feedback systems consisting of two elements, one which is a linear time invariant plant with parametric uncertainty and the other, an odd, monotone nondecreasing nonlinearity confined to the sector [0, k]. The improvement results from the use of noncausal multipliers which reduces the requirement of passivity on the feedback elements
