Abstract :
The original paper (see ibid., vol. 39, no. 2, p. 113-15, 1992) considered the design of a finite-bit power-of-two quantizer algorithm when identifying the parameters of a time-invariant plant. This letter presents the design equations of the above algorithm when the plant parameters are randomly time-varying.<>
