Abstract :
A novel lateral pixel structure where both anodes and cathodes are placed on a single plate is devised to realize monochrome dc plasma display panels. UV curable adhesives are used as the electrical insulating layers for the separation of anode and cathode addressing lines. 5×6-cm displays have been successfully fabricated on both glass and flexible substrates.
