Abstract :
A new method, using training sequences to correct the block timing offset of the MC-CDMA system in a time-varying multipath channel with frequency offset, is proposed. This new method is compared with the Schmidl and Cox method (see IEEE Trans. Commun., vol.45, no.12, p.1613-21, 1997) in terms of estimator mean and variance, it being found that the new method is better
