Abstract
Domain growth in amorphous rare-earth-transition-metal alloy films was theoretically and experimentally studied. The domain wall motion was considered as a thermoactivated process. The domain patterns are shown to be fractal structures. Good agreement between simulated and experimentally observed domain structures was obtained
