  • Abstract
    A new digital servo LSI for home VCR is developed. The self-aligned I2L technology makes the servo circuit LSI compact and adds extra functions. The chip structure and the servo loop are outlined. The block elements and its functions, the device structure and characteristics are described. The experimental results are summarized.
