Abstract :
Leopold B. Felsen - engineer, scientist, teacher, friend, poet, parent and grandparent, and prolific contributor to the IEEE Antennas and Propagation and URSI communities - died September 24, 2005, from complications following surgery. He had lived with a rare fonn of muscular dystrophy for almost 30 years. A brief biography of Mr Felsen is given highlighting his professional achievements.
