  • Abstract
    A fully integrated Tow-Thomas (TT) biquad is generated using CFA based integrators developed by the authors. The proposed circuit has the following features: use of only grounded capacitors, orthogonal voltage control of ω0, and Q, and cascadability. Simulation results which agree well with the theoretical analysis are obtained
