  • Abstract
This paper describes engineer´s career strategies, which begins with their education. The key thing to remember about getting an education is that it is not about pleasing your professors or meeting the minimum requirements of a degree. It is about you getting every thing you need to compete successfully in the global talent pool. You need to be the one who employers will consider and ultimately choose for the highest paying job or the one to whom they give the most interesting challenge. Thus the vast majority of technology and applied science graduates will move into the corporate market of product design talent and meets or exceeds the customer´s expectations and gives good profit to their employers and thus the employers are looking to hire those individuals that will help them make the most money, which is their principal responsibility too
