  • Abstract
    An instrumental analysis method for 241Am concentration and the Pu/241Am ratio measurements has been developed. The 241Am ratio is estimated from the uranium and the neptunium Lßx-ray ratios measured with a Si(Li) detector. The accuracy and sensitivity of the method is adequate for some research applications.
