RSN Editorial 2013

In October 2012, on the final day of the IET International Radar Conference held in Glasgow, the first ever face-to-face meeting of the Editorial Board of this journal took place. The names of the members of the Board are listed inside the front cover of this journal: the members represent the full range of topics of the journal, and they come from all over the world, reflecting the geographical spread of our authorship and readership and making this journal a truly international publication. They help with reaching timely decisions on papers, encouraging authors to submit their work to the journal, and suggesting topics for Special Issues and Special Sections.
