Abstract :
Production testing of microcomputer-based products requires a complex and adaptive test system, especially for equipment used in power system applications. The system described provides for a functional and parametric testing of the circuits over the environmental temperature range and provides real-time data feedback to Manufacturing and Design Engineering.
