Abstract :
In his inaugural address as the new chairman of the Manufacturing Division Dr. Harold Hayward attempts to show how an engineering company can be started, nurtured and developed through the continued adoption of a company culture based on innovation. He extracts the lessons learned as tools for other manufacturing companies.
