Abstract
A design procedure for continuous-time full-order observers driven by delayed sampled data is presented. The observer feedback matrix is assumed to be of nonunity rank. In a previous paper the use of a unity rank observer feedback matrix was described. A numerical example is given to illustrate the advantage of this design procedure.
