Abstract :
This Thesis deals with the production engineering aspects of the reorganisation of wall slab production operations at the Concrete House Project, Housing Commission, Victoria. The origins of the system used by the Project are traced briefly and an analysis made of its shortcomings. The designing of the new system is described, the operations are analysed and future development is discussed.
