Abstract :
The dual feedback path automatic gain control system ideally has closed-loop frequency response independent of input level if certain component parameters are matched. The method of harmonic balance is used to analyze mismatch error, which is shown to be easily manageable using typically available components. Due to the complexity of the general problem, a symbolic/algebraic computer system was used.
